Our executive consultants include part time commissioners at
the CCMA and Bargaining Councils.
SAELS guarantee that our advice will be in line with relevant
Employment Law Legislation. Should the CCMA or Bargaining Council
makes an order of compensation for procedural unfairness in respect of a
disciplinary hearing that one of or specialists chaired, we will pay the
compensation ordered, on condition that SAELS represent our client at the
arbitration.
